Tom Cline – Pilot
Tom Cline, owner and pilot, has been flying since 2000. As a child he would lay in his backyard in St. Louis and watch the planes fly over head saying “one day that will be me!”, that was the beginning of a dream, and the beginning of an amazing career.
In aviation, experience and expertise is so important. Tom has now flown over 4600 hours, over 2000 hours of night flying. Tom started his flying career at Metropolitan Helicopter in St. Louis providing Aerial Photography and Guided Tours. Because it was a smaller company, he worked side by side with the mechanics to learn all he could about these powerful machines. From there, he started his own helicopter business.
One day while out for a flight, Tom found a working meth lab and notified law enforcement. The sheriff was so impressed with Tom’s natural abilities to track a criminal, that he was asked to attend the police academy and became a deputy to aid in the pursuit of drug traffic criminals and also search and rescue missions. Flying in all weather conditions and all sorts of tactical maneuvering has allowed Tom to fine tune is flying skills making him an outstanding pilot.
Tom has also assisted state utility companies in Missouri and Illinois in pipeline patrol and utility line inspections, but one of his favorite events is providing Aerial Photography services to The Lake Of The Ozarks National boat races.
With that much of a variety of experience and expertise, you can see what makes Tom a well sought after Pilot.
